Curbside Library Cards
If you do not have a Library Card and would like to obtain one, please come to the Library and call the Curbside Service number listed in the parking lot and inform the staff member you are there for a new card.
Things to bring with you
- Photo ID
- Verification of your address (This can be on the ID provided or can be a piece of mail.)
Things to consider
- If you live outside of our taxing district, you will be required to pay the non-resident fee of $100, which will be active for 1 year and will cover everyone in your household. - Cash or Check only
- Children age five through middle school must have a parent or guardian's signature on their application form—the parent or guardian will be held responsible for materials borrowed by the child.
After calling the Library, a staff member will put a clipboard on the curbside table with a New Library Card Form for you to fill out.
Please fill out the Applicant Information side.
Call the Curbside Service number to let the staff know you have finished filling out the form and are placing the clipboard back on the table. Make sure you include your:
- Photo ID
- Verification of address
- Non-resident card payment (if required) - Cash or Check only
The staff member will take your form into the Library to create your card. Please note that it may take up to 20 minutes for the creation of your card.
The staff member will call the number you listed on your application—unless otherwise noted—to inform you your card is finished and ready for pickup.
